1. Controller

2. Which data we process
   For a demo request or registration: name, email, phone number, position, name, type and country of the property, and technical data (IP address) to prevent abuse.
3. Purpose and legal basis
   Processing your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / FADP); marketing communication and advertising tracking only with your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.
4. Storage location and processors
   Hosting on Microsoft Azure (Switzerland North, Zürich); databases, files and backups are located in Switzerland. As processors we also use Cloudflare (network protection, delivery of page requests) and Microsoft 365 (sending emails), and, if used by hotels, Stripe (online payments) and Channex (channel manager). These providers may also process data outside Switzerland.
5. Retention
   We delete requests that do not lead to a contract after 12 months at the latest; contract and accounting data are kept as required by law (usually 10 years).
6. Your rights
   You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Switzerland: FDPIC). Requests to the email address above.
7. Hotels' guest data
   Each hotel is the controller for the data it records about its guests in osotel; osotel processes it as a processor on the hotel's instructions.
